Who Am I?

Growing up, I was deathly shy and introverted, keeping to myself and playing video games in my free time. I was not confident in myself and turned to eating as a form of comfort. Even raising my hand to go to the bathroom was terrifying. Most of the time I felt like I was a bother to most people.

This all changed around high school when I started training for tennis. I would go to a clinic where this angry dude would yell at me to hit some balls. I also began doing home workouts with p90x (love you Tony Horton!). I started to see changes in my body and feel more confident. I started to build more relationships and even talk to girls.

I knew that I wanted to help people through health and fitness. If I could transform from a shy kid with health issues to a more confident guy who feels great, why couldn’t anyone else? So when I went to college, I studied exercise biology. Beyond the curriculum, I consumed a lot of fitness content and put it to the test. I tried multiple diets including, keto, intermittent fasting, and PSMF to see what really worked. I used my body as an experiment and was able to make progress in a sustainable way while having a good social life.

Eventually, I became a physical therapist to help people recover from their injuries. As I entered the workforce, I became much busier and on top of that, gyms closed down. I let my body slip and for the first time in a long time, I felt defeated.

I knew I had to make a change and more importantly, create a system that I could follow with my busy schedule. I had to sift through all the information and focus on what would actually get me the results I wanted. I put it to the test, and not only changed my body, but felt more confident and energized while being able to perform well at work. I gained the respect of my peers and supervisors and even got a promotion. Women started to pay even more attention to me as well.

I even traveled a fair bit and hung out with friends during this time. I focused on the essentials: good sleep, a balanced diet (including foods that I love, yes even cookies), and training 3-4 days a week. I found the perfect balance of having fitness enhance my life, instead of taking over my life.

I’d like to save you 10+ years of trial and error to get the body that you dream of. To feel confident, energized, while being able to perform well at your job and still enjoy social events. I know what it’s like to try extreme diets, only to fail 2 weeks later. I will create a system customized to your lifestyle to help you reach your goals. Your new life is just an application below. ⬇️
